Service Description

This session allows you to explore your choices in childbirth when birthing in a hospital setting. You will learn about the benefits and risks of specific medical interventions, your right to make informed decisions, how to balance your labor at home prior to arriving at the hospital and how to include your loved one in supporting and advocating with you for your preferences in birth. We will put your preferences in writing to create your birth plan. You will walk away feeling confident about advocating for your preferences. *You can also add an on-call service for doula support virtually. We will help you and your loved one with advocating and decision making while in labor. Inquire for more information.
